Installed a complete BMS system across six floors of a high-rise commercial office building. Works included in-house panel build, full site-wide cabling, FCU controller wiring, and final commissioning. Both Trend and Distech systems were integrated seamlessly with the existing infrastructure. Delivered with zero disruption to live areas.

Comprehensive retrofit of over 100 cabinet unit heaters and Trend IQECO controllers across six floors of teaching blocks. All works carried out after hours with zero disruption to teaching activities. New dual-shaft motors, temperature sensors, and control upgrades delivered improved reliability and system performance.

Complete BMS installation featuring Trend IQ4 ECO controllers, BACnet/IP integration, and Sontay field devices. In-house panel manufacturing, CO₂ sensors, chilled beam controls, electrical metering, and auditorium bi-fold partition monitoring. New Cat-6 network riser backbone with upgraded cable management systems.

Installed four new inverters for the plant room smoke extract system to allow use as supply fans. Isolators were installed for each inverter and powered from the existing fire and BMS panel. All works included containment via tray and Unistrut, using tri-rated control cabling throughout.

Upgraded fan coil networks across 16 floors. Each FCU was fitted with a new Trend controller, fresh air and return air sensors. Installed new 4NC panels on each floor, integrated with a site-wide Light-Fi backbone network. All works were completed with weekend-only access.

Supplied and installed a bespoke MCC panel into the main plant room to provide upgraded distribution and expansion for control systems on site.
