Installed a complete BMS system across six floors of a high-rise commercial office building. Works included in-house panel build, full site-wide cabling, FCU controller wiring, and final commissioning. Both Trend and Distech systems were integrated seamlessly with the existing infrastructure. Delivered with zero disruption to live areas.

Retrofitted existing HVAC control architecture with Trend IQ4 controllers, replacing legacy Honeywell hardware. Integrated FCUs into the new network and enabled remote monitoring to give the client visibility across critical systems within a live stadium environment.

Installed Trend IQECO controllers and deployed BACnet integration as part of AstraZeneca's high-spec laboratory and office fit-out. Works included controller commissioning and network rollout, enabling centralised control of plant equipment and HVAC zones across multiple floors.

Replaced seized FCU motors and retrofitted Trend controllers across teaching blocks. All upgrades were carried out while the building remained operational, with new cabling and sensors improving airflow monitoring and temperature regulation.

Supplied and installed a new BMS panel, CO₂ sensors, chilled beam controls, heating water sensors, electrical metering, and leak detection systems. Existing plastic control boxes were relocated to allow for new ceiling installations. All points were rewired, tested, and re-integrated into the BMS.

Installed four new inverters for the plant room smoke extract system to allow use as supply fans. Isolators were installed for each inverter and powered from the existing fire and BMS panel. All works included containment via tray and Unistrut, using tri-rated control cabling throughout.

Upgraded fan coil networks across 16 floors. Each FCU was fitted with a new Trend controller, fresh air and return air sensors. Installed new 4NC panels on each floor, integrated with a site-wide Light-Fi backbone network. All works were completed with weekend-only access.

Supplied and installed a bespoke MCC panel into the main plant room to provide upgraded distribution and expansion for control systems on site.

Installed inverters for new pumps in the plant room. Ran new BMS signal cabling and electrical supplies to each inverter, mounted isolators, and installed all necessary trunking and conduit. Final commissioning integrated the equipment into the wider Trend system.

Installed new energy metering across multiple electrical panels and buildings. All meters were connected to the central BMS for consumption tracking, alarms, and reporting functionality.

Carried out phased BMS disconnection and reconnection works across various plant rooms. This included CMS and control cabling removal for redundant systems (calorifiers, chillers), installation of new containment and wiring for water tank level sensors, and pressurisation unit reconnection.

Conducted full BMS validation across dual buildings, mapping points, assessing cable terminations, and issuing comprehensive technical reports to inform client-led upgrade and remedial works.

Supplied BMS validation and reporting on 3rd floor office spaces. Identified system health, connectivity, and expansion capacity to inform follow-on works.

Modified fan coil unit controller networks within a premium commercial office fit-out. Upgrades enhanced response times, sensor accuracy, and tenant control interfaces.

Supplied a qualified BMS engineer to inspect HVAC and controls infrastructure. Delivered written report and recommendations on system performance and optimisation.

Carried out a BMS system review at the client HQ. Provided validation of all key plant interfaces and generated technical report to assist facilities team planning upgrades.

Installed and tested Cat6 cabling for panel network integration. All terminations were verified and certified to support expanded BMS communications.
